In deze podcast, welke tijdens World Workplace Europe is opgenomen, gaat Fanny Nagelmaeker in gesprek over de toekomstscenario's voor de werkomgeving. Dit naar aanleiding van het onlangs gepubliceerde onderzoek van het FMN Bedrijvenplatform. Hoe ziet de wereld er in 2027 uit en welke invloed heeft dit op het facilitaire vakgebied en de dienstverlening? De arbeidsmarkt en de snelheid van klimaatverandering zijn de grote onzekerheidsfactoren voor de toekomst van het facilitaire vakgebied. Andere factoren die de branche als onzeker beschouwt zijn de diepte en duur van een recessie en de vraag of het individu of het collectief centraal komt te staan.
